Teams we’ve made for
Sourced, vetted, managed
We hold the maker relationships, run the logistics and stand behind the delivery. You brief one team, not fourteen artisans.
Nothing off a catalogue
Every workshop, commission and hamper is put together for your occasion, your budget and the story you want told.
Spend that reaches the maker
Makers are paid directly and named in the work. Your CSR and gifting budget shows up in a craft cluster, not a margin.

Sundial Hotels
Six properties, six craft traditions, one commissioning brief
Sundial wanted the art in each new property to come from the region it stands in, not from a procurement catalogue. We mapped the craft clusters near each site, shortlisted makers, ran the sampling, and delivered and installed across six cities in one season — with a QR story page beside every piece so guests can meet the person who made it.

season, end to end
We had done the usual offsite circuit for years. This was the first one where people asked when we were doing it again — and everyone went home with something they had actually made.
Four hundred Diwali hampers, every one with the maker’s story attached. Three clients called to ask where they could buy more. Our old vendor never once got that reaction.

Before youask us
The things procurement always asks. If yours isn’t here, put it in the brief below and we’ll answer it directly.
Can you raise a GST invoice and work against a purchase order?
Yes. We invoice with GST from a registered entity and work against a standard PO. Our team can share the vendor-onboarding documents your procurement desk needs before you commit to anything.
What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed floor — a ten-person workshop and a two-thousand-piece hamper run are both normal for us. Handmade work does get materially better per-unit at volume, and we will tell you plainly where your quantity lands.
How much lead time do you need?
Workshops and stocked gifting can move in one to two weeks. Bespoke hampers usually want three to four. Commissioned art and films are project-timed. Festive season books out early — Diwali briefs are best placed by late summer.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, including multi-address despatch — we can ship individually to a distributed team or in bulk to one office, and share tracking either way.
How much can we customise?
Packaging, the QR story page, a personal message, colourways and composition are all yours to shape. The craft itself we keep honest: we will not ask a maker to imitate a technique that isn’t theirs.
Who are the makers, and how are they paid?
They are verified makers on HobbyMela, named in the work you receive. They are paid directly for their work — the platform does not take its margin out of the maker’s side.
Let’s designsomething together
Tell us a little about what you have in mind. Even a two-line brief is enough to start — a person reads every one, and you’ll hear back within two working days.
